Hello! I’m Wilton Paulo da Silva, a DevOps Manager and Cloud Architect based in São Paulo, Brazil. With over 20 years of experience across diverse industries, including telecommunications, banking, aerospace, health-tech and AI. I have developed a deep expertise in building resilient, scalable, and automated infrastructures.

Throughout my career, I’ve successfully led engineering teams of over six people, fostering high-performance cultures and delivering complex projects with high-quality results. I am passionate about driving innovation and finding creative solutions to the technical challenges of modern software delivery.
